Do you feel like you want to get running but worried you're not fit enough? Don't worry! With all You Can Run groups you will never feel like that. The leaders are friendly, encouraging and understand what it's like to be a beginner runner. Remember, it takes 6-8 weeks for your body to adapt so keep going!

In this Olympic year, Yorkshire and Humber County Sports Partnerships (CSPs) are working with England Athletics to get over 3000 people running for 30 minutes, once per week. Leeds aims to set up 50 beginner groups to get 800 of those running by March 2013.

- Sessions are £3 or 10 for £20
- You are expected to attend 10 out of 13 sessions - you need to commit to improve
- You need to register with Run England to be a part of England's recreational running community
